The Department of European Economic Studies has published a new 'Bruges European Economic Policy Briefing' entitled "A Contribution to The Study of Global Competition for Talent: the determinants of student mobility and its consequences for the internationalization", written by Ms Mélanie VOIN, former student, and Mr Marcel GERARD, Visiting Professor in the Department of European Economic Studies at the College of Europe.
