Professor Roger STEARE will give a Leadership Skills Lecture on Leadership, Culture and Ethics organised by the European General Studies department.
Roger STEARE will guide us through the learning journey he has designed and delivered for the Boards and senior leadership of major private and public institutions, who confront questions of purpose, values, judgement and behaviour.
About the speaker
Professor STEARE is leadership, culture and ethics advisor to the Boards and Senior Executives of major corporations, public sector institutions, government and regulators and Advisor to the Financial Conduct Authority. He is the author of ethicability® and the co-designer of the MoralDNA™ Profile.
