The Department of European Economic Studies has published a new 'Bruges European Economic Research paper' entitled: "Sustainability, Resource Efficiency and Competitiveness. An Assessment of Resource Efficiency Policies in the European Union", by Florian FLACHENECKER. He is a Doctoral Researcher at the University College London and a Consultant to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He graduated from the College of Europe with a MA in European Economic Studies and holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Mannheim.
