The Department of European Economic Studies has published a new 'Bruges European Economic Research paper' entitled: "State Aid to Infrastructure: Do Competitively Selected Operators Obtain an Undue Advantage?" by Professor Phedon NICOLAIDES and Mr Nadir PREZIOSI.
Professor NICOLAIDES is Director of Studies and Jan Tinbergen Chair in the Department of European Economic Studies at the College of Europe, and Professor at Maastricht University.
Mr PREZIOSI is Senior Academic Assistant in the Department of European Economic Studies at the College of Europe.
