Professor Andrea RENDA, holder of the Google Chair in Digital Innovation and a long time professor in the Department of European Economic Studies at the College of Europe, gave a keynote speech on "Regulation and the digital economy" at the 7th meeting of the network of Better Regulation authorities of Latin America and the Caribbean region, organized with the support from the OECD, the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) and the World Bank.
