The College is happy to host the 2019 edition of the EUREKA conference on Heating, Cooling & Ventilation – Sustainable technologies for a better life.

Co-organised by the European Partnership for Energy and the Environment (EPEE) and the European Ventilation Industry Association (EVIA) — two major European associations representing the heating, cooling and ventilation industry — the EUREKA project is a highly original concept dedicated to the role of the HVACR sector (Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration) for society and future generations.
It provides a unique forum for cross-generation debates, enabling industry to continue innovating and to meet even higher levels of comfort and sustainability.

This year the conference will discuss how the HVACR sector can contribute to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), by exploring wider HVAC-R sector challenges beyond sustainability, including skills, employment and gender participation.

EUREKA 2019 will gather 150+ participants which mainly come from the industry, work in trade associations or are decision-makers. It represents a great opportunity for students interested in the energy issues, and more specifically heating, cooling & ventilation industry to meet with various stakeholders, network and speak in front of a highly-qualified audience.

On 11 June, the conference will also offer the opportunity to attend a networking event in the courtyard of Verversdijk (from 17:30 to 18:30) and a gala dinner at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (starting at 19:30).

The conference is open both to students and the general public:

- Students can register following this link before 20 May 2019 at NOON.

- External participants can register on the website of the event.
