The participants

The Monitoring and Evaluation course is designed for professionals from private institutions, such as companies, NGOs and universities/institutes from EU and non-EU countries as well as for officials from EU institutions and agencies and from national and regional administrations, involved in the management of EU funded projects.

Participants should have a university degree, a very good command of English and some relevant knowledge of the Project Cycle Management and Logical Framework Approach (Logframe) or have participated in the EU Project Management course before.

The course will be restricted to a maximum of 25 applicants, allowing for an interactive environment that fosters discussions and facilitates networking.


The trainers

The sessions are given by high-level speakers from the College of Europe’s experts network. A faculty of excellence – consisting of practitioners with a sound experience in monitoring and evaluation of EU funded projects.
