Administrative assistant for the Academic Service

The function

  • Making of schedules/planning of courses and classrooms

  • Giving administrative and organizational support to the coordinator of the academic service

  • Communication in French and English (oral and written) with students, staff and professors

  • Update of the data on internet and intranet

  • Working in close collaboration with the other academic departments and other services in the College of Europe

Profile

  • Hold a bachelor degree or have similar work experience

  • Friendly and outgoing, eager to learn and having sense of initiative, being able to deal with stress and being well organized

  • Able to work independently and in team

  • Flexible and reliable

  • Very good knowledge of English, French and Dutch (oral and written)

  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Technical know-how of course scheduling

  • Asset : knowledge of a course scheduling system

  • Accurate, with attention to details

 

Starting date :  as soon as possible
