The College of Europe Natolin Campus is seeking applications for the position of full-time Communications Assistant with a starting date of 1 Oct 2016.
Objective:
To support the Communications and Recruitment Office (Natolin Campus) and the Director of Communications and Recruitment in a range of tasks.
We are looking for graduates with:
- a Master’s degree in a related field (communication, marketing, advertising, journalism, public relations);
- essential: excellent Polish and English
- French language skills desirable
- at least two years’ experience working in a communications and/or marketing role;
- familiar with social media outlets, digital marketing strategies, website content management systems;
- computer literacy, very good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
- experience in video editing and graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator) is an asset;
- evidence of highly attuned organisation skills;
- a track record of performing under pressure;
- ability to work autonomously and as a team member;
- high sense of responsibility and initiative;
- attention to detail;
- experience of work in multi-cultural environments;
- personable with professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communications skills to interact with a variety of individuals/organisations;
- interest in the objectives of the College of Europe.
Tasks include:
- managing of social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin), digital advertising, live coverage at events;
- supporting Website CMS management and assisting in the production of Newsletters;
- coordinating the photo and video archives;
- supporting the production of promotional materials, such as brochures, leaflets, posters, videos etc.;
- liaising with the press and writing press releases and articles in Polish and English;
- organizing promotional visits, attending fairs and representing the College of Europe at official events;
- supporting the admissions process.
