Job Vacancy – Student Liaison Officer at the College of Europe in Natolin (Warsaw)

Starting date – 6th of August 2018

As a Student Liaison Officer your main duties will include:                                         

  • Managing the daily communication with students and disseminating among them important information that comes from different Departments;
  • Supporting students in their day-to-day life situations throughout their studies, including in an unlikely event of medical emergencies;
  • Helping students to liaise with the respected departments depending on the nature of their queries;
  • Being in a regular contact with student representatives as far as needs of the students’ community are concerned;
  • Overseeing the project management of events organized by students such as National Days, extracurricular projects led by students’ societies, charity initiatives, sports etc.;
  • Supporting the organization of extracurricular events offered by Events, Careers, Academic and Communications Departments;
  • Coordinating the election process of Student Representatives.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Very good organizational skills and are able to work in a multitasking environment;
  • Experience in managing projects and working with teams;
  • Very good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with students;
  • A will and ability to offer support and basic counselling in daily situations;
  • A good level of stress and conflict management;
  • A high sense of responsibility and initiative;
  • An ability to make decisions autonomously;
  • Excellent command of English
