Agnieszka KRAIŃSKA

In-house lawyer, Agnieszka Kraińska is an Attorney-at-Law at the College of Europe in Natolin. She graduated in law from the University of Gdańsk and the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis (DEA en Droit International Public et Privé). A graduate of the CoE, Natolin (Master of Arts in European Interdisciplinary Studies). In 2004-2014, she was a public administration official (Ministry of Finance, Office of the Committee for European Integration, Ministry of Foreign Affairs), from 2011 to 2014 Deputy Director of the Department of European Union Law at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She has represented Poland many times in cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union. In 2014- 2020 she worked as Of Counsel in a large law firm in Warsaw, where she was responsible for the practice of EU law, also specializing in state aid law and new technologies law.
