Aurore LOSTE

Aurore Loste (FR) is Senior Academic Assistant at the College of Europe in Bruges, Department of EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies, which she joined in August 2016.

Aurore holds a MA in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges (Chopin promotion), a MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Institut Libre d’Etude des Relations Internationales in Paris. She has previous work experiences at Handicap International in Burkina-Faso and Niger, at the Delegation of the European Union in the Republic of Congo, and at the Sub-Saharan Africa Programme of the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI) in Paris.

Fields of interest: EU development cooperation; EU humanitarian aid policy; state fragility; complex emergencies; linking relief, rehabilitation and development; aid effectiveness; EU-ACP relations; Central African Republic; Great Lakes region.
