Claire graduated cum laude in European Affairs at Sciences Po, Paris. During her degree, she experienced exchange and traineeship programs at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow (Pl) and at Cambridge University (UK). She also used to work as a research and teaching assistant at Sciences Po and at the Robert Schuman Foundation.

Once a graduate, she continued to contribute to the work of the Robert Schuman Foundation by drafting the review of world and European statistics in its yearly publication The Schuman report on Europe, State of the Union in 2015, 2016 and 2017. She also ran a lecture on European affairs at the Institut Catholique de Paris for its MA in Environmental Policies and Sustainable Development in 2015.

Her research interests cover institutional aspects of the European integration, history of European integration, Europe in the world, the UK and the CEECs.
