Henri Labayle is Professor of Law at the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour, guest Professor at the College of Europe and at the Global Institute of Geneva. Jean Monnet Chair of European Law, he runs a research laboratory (CDRE) at Bayonne Law School. He is a JHA expert for the EU institutions, a member of academic networks dedicated to these issues (ECLAN, Odysseus) and runs the GDR-CNRS dedicated to the ASFJ Law. He works on these issues with many european universities.
