Jeremy MARCUS is French and joined the College of Europe in November 2021. He has 5 years of experience in developing and managing international cooperation projects. Throughout his career, he acquired a solid knowledge of project cycle management, in particular for projects funded by the European Union (Technical Assistance and Framework contracts) in the field of Good Governance, Rule of Law, and Democracy. His experience also includes the logistical support for the organisation and management of events for the EU, such as workshops, seminars and training courses (physical and online).

At the Executive Education, Training and Projects Office, Jeremy works on the EU-funded project “European Resources for Mediation Support (ERMES) III” and the Framework contract “Conflict Prevention and Mediation Support”. He also manages the Executive Education courses on ‘EU Transport and Railway Affairs”, on “EU Fact Finding and Fact Checking “ and  on “Trade Policy”.

Jeremy holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics and International Project Management from Paris 12 University (UPEC). French native speaker, he also speaks fluent in English and has a good knowledge of French Sign Language.
