Maria BRESKAYA

Maria has graduated from the College of Europe in Natolin with an MA in European Interdisciplinary Studies. She also holds an LL.M degree in European and International Law. Prior to that she has accomplished a certified course on the US Financial Law from the Chicago-Kent College and spent a year studying at the University of Glasgow. 

Lately, Maria has been focused on the studies of the EU Private Law harmonization. She has been a member of ReJus project in the frames of Justice Programme of the EU aiming to provide judges with clear guidelines concerning both the substantive scope of EU law and the choice of procedures and remedies, with a view to ensuring effective protection of fundamental rights.
