Vladimira studied law, external relations of the EU and international commercial arbitration at Comenius University in Bratislava and at Stockholm University. After having gained practical experience in the private sector and national diplomatic service, she pursued postgraduate studies in comparative law and international relations.
At the College of Europe, Natolin campus, she specialised in the ENP and the EU energy policy by completing the EU as an International Actor major. She subsequently joined the European Commission, DG Energy, and the European Parliament, where she worked notably on legislative proposals in the context of the EU Energy Union.
Vladimira’s research interests in particular include global energy governance, EU energy policy and law, energy transition and biofuels.
