  • What does the InclusivEU scholarship cover?

The inaugural edition included one full scholarship covering tuition fees plus boarding and lodging for one academic year at the College of Europe, Bruges Campus. The same is envisioned for future scholarships.

  • Who is eligible to apply for the InclusivEU scholarship?

The scholarship is open to all EU students who want to apply to the College of Europe (Bruges Campus) and believe they would contribute to diversifying the College of Europe, and ultimately, the EU bubble, in terms of ability, class, culture, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, race, religion, sexual orientation or socio-economic background.

The inaugural scholarship was open to all EU students who were admitted to the College of Europe, Bruges Campus, for the academic year 2023-2024 and who did not yet benefit from a full scholarship.

  • Is the InclusivEU scholarship targeted to individuals from specific diverse backgrounds?

The InclusivEU scholarship is open to students representing any element of diversity as mentioned above. The scholarship is aimed at awarding exceptionally talented students from communities who have been historically underrepresented at the College and who represent diversity in their own unique way.

  • Once awarded the inclusivEU Scholarship, are there academic standards or other criteria required to maintain eligibility?

No.

  • Is there a need to send a separate application for the InclusivEU Scholarship?

No - there is no need for a separate application. When submitting their application to the College, interested students are requested to add a brief diversity statement in their form.
