Le Dr. Michał NATORSKI, Chercheur qualifié à la Chaire de la Politique européenne de Voisinage au campus de Natolin (Varsovie) du Collège d'Europe, a participé à la conférence « Europe’s Near Abroad: Building an understanding of the changing Eastern Neighbourhood » organisée le 30 juin 2014 par le Global Europe Centre, School of Politics and International Relations à l'Université de Kent.
Dans ce contexte, le Dr. NATORSKI a présenté un document de recherche intitulé « The practices of the quasi-diplomatic field of international bureaucracies: the relations between the EU and International Organizations in Ukraine ».
