The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the College of Europe are pleased to announce the 17th Bruges Colloquium on International Humanitarian Law. This year's edition will focus on 'Terrorism, Counter-terrorism and International Humanitarian Law'.
Registration will be opened from mid-September at www.coe-icrc.eu.
