In the framework of a co-operation agreement between MGIMO University Moscow and the College of Europe, the Development Office is organizing from September 1st to 12th, 2008 a two weeks intensive seminar for 26 young Russian civil servants who are currently enrolled in the European Studies Institute at MGIMO University Moscow,. They will be accompanied by 5 of their professors. The seminar will take place in room 2.03 Verversdijk and the participants will be hosted in Oude Zak Residence. They will arrive in Bruges in the evening of August 30th, 2008 and leave for Brussels and Luxembourg in the morning of September 8th, 2008.
