On 22 October 2020, Dr Olaf OSICA gave a special lecture at the College of Europe in Natolin entitled:

"Navigating through digital EU: strategies, concepts and actors"

The goal of the lecture was to familiarize students with "the big picture" of EU digital policies, key definitions, goals, key strategies and links between them. The lecture started with the notion of "digitalization" and its meaning and put it in the context of the present EU policies.

Dr OSICA went through key documents (e.g. EU Digital Strategy and white paper on AI), built a stakeholders map of digital EU policies, and considered their strategic implications. The lecture was an offline presentation followed by a Q&A session for interested students.
