On 20 March 2018, the Department of EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies hosted an Alumni Roundtable in Bruges. Graduates from this programme met current students of the Simone Veil promotion to share their post-College experience on the job market and to provide practical career advice.
The participating alumni were Jannik KNAUER (NATO, Einstein promotion 2010-11), Monica TIBERI (European Parliament, promotion Skłodowska Curie 2011-12), Julien DAEMERS (French Permanent Representation to the EU, promotion Skłodowska Curie 2011-12), Willy KOKOLO (European Commission, Voltaire promotion 2013-14), Maryna IAROSHEVYCH (Ukrainian World Congress Mission to International Organisations, Falcone & Borsellino promotion 2014-15), Michal OVADEK (PhD candidate, Chopin promotion 2015-16), Mátyás SZILVASI (ExxonMobil, Chopin promotion 2015-16) and Stéphanie TOSCHI (EU Delegation, Keynes promotion 2016-17). The event was followed by a networking reception.
