The book of Professor Francis SNYDER - Food Safety Law in China: Making Transnational Law (E.J. Brill, Leiden, 2016.) - has been awarded the honour of "Best Book in the World" in two categories by Gourmand International Cookbook Awards 2017. The two categories are "Best Wine and Food Law Book" and "Best Book on Food Safety Institutions". This was the only book to be so recognised in two different categories.
