The Division of Competences between the EU and the Member States. Reflections on the Past, the Present and the Future, edited by Sacha GARBEN and Inge GOVAERE.
On 20 and 21 April 2016, a high-level conference took place at the College of Europe, Bruges campus, with the participation of distinguished scholars and practitioners, debating the above issues. The result was a stimulating debate, taking into account both practical and theoretical insights and reflecting both critically and constructively on the problems faced and the possible solutions. The proceedings of the conference are now printed in a high-level book publication.
