Call for experts for EU-funded project: "Training on Financial and Contractual Procedures in the Framework of the 11th European Development Fund (EDF) – ACP Countries"

The College of Europe has been shortlisted for the EU-funded project: "Training on Financial and Contractual Procedures in the Framework of the 11th European Development Fund (EDF) – ACP Countries".

Overall objective of the project:

This training programme is essential for sound and efficient management in the context of EC devolution. It will enable National Authorising Officers (NAOs) and Regional Authorising Officers (RAOs) staff as well as EC staff to better understand the main functioning of the 11th EDF and consequently how to make full use of its financing resources.

Purposes of the contract:

  • to adapt an existing training course and deliver a series of training modules on the 11th EDF Financial and Contractual Procedures.
  • to update and modify the training material for the sessions when necessary.

The intended start date is February 2018 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 60 months from this date.
