Competition Policy & High-Tech Markets: unique insights into antitrust issues in digital markets

The Competition Policy & High-Tech Markets course will take place from 12 to 14 July 2021, focusing on how antitrust law shapes the EU Digital Single Market. The fully revised programme takes into account the most recent developments concerning the Digital Markets Act proposal, data-based mergers and abuses of dominance, algorithmic collusion, antitrust issues regarding standard-essential patents and the platform economy, vertical agreements in the digital age, and competition remedies.
