The College of Europe Development Office is undertaking a research study commissioned by DG Connect (European Commission) in December 2015. The research team is preparing an Analysis of part of the Public Consultation on Geo-blocking in Digital Eco-Systems. The final report is expected to be published at the end of March 2016.
