Dr Duncan FREEMAN, Research Fellow at the EU-China Research Centre, has published a policy brief discussing China's policy on science diplomacy. The policy paper titled "China and Science Diplomacy: An Emerging or a Marginal Policy?" is a contribution to a Horizon 2020 project EL-CSID European Leadership in Cultural, Science and Innovation Diplomacy.
