Dr Marta WOJAKOWSKA presented a research paper at a congress of the Polish Association of Modern Languages

Dr Marta WOJAKOWSKA, Head of the Languages and Intercultural Dialogue Office and French language professor at the College of Europe in Natolin, presented a research paper at the didactic congress organized by the Polish Association of Modern Languages at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, which took place on 28 and 29 May 2021.

The paper entitled "Developing Pluricultural Competence in Language Teaching for Special Purposes" explored the area of the plurilingual and pluricultural approach in language teaching, which constitutes and important element of the Office’s mission and underpins many of the didactic strategies explored by the language professors working in Natolin. Thanks to Dr WOJAKOWSKA's paper, we were able to share the Office’s experience in plurilingual and pluricultural language teaching.

We wish to thank Dr WOJAKOWSKA for her enthusiasm in sharing Natolin's experience in this novel approach to language education that constitutes an important aspect of the development of European identity and identities.
