In the framework of the EU-funded project ‘Training and Information course on Euro-Arab relations’, a round-table discussion on migration was organized on 1 July 2015 in Malta in cooperation with ECLASLO (European Commission – League of Arab States Liaison Centre). European and Arab migration experts from academia, government and civil society were chosen by the European Commission and the League of Arab States to discuss the European Agenda on Migration that was published on 13 May 2015 in response to the dramatic events unfolding in the Mediterranean. Around 20 experts participated in the discussion.
