Students from the College of Europe had the opportunity to participate in NATO’s first policy paper competition “Peace and security in the 21st century – a youth perspective”. The College congratulates Ms Léna KONC, Department of European Economic Studies, who is among the winners with her essay “Refonder la perception de l’humain dans un monde globalisé: essai sur la ‘guerre sans fin’”. The seven winners from different universities in Europe will be invited to NATO Headquarters in Brussels and their papers will be published on NATO’s website.
