Mr Quincy CLOET, Associated Researcher of the European Civilization Chair at the Natolin (Warsaw) campus of the College of Europe, has just published an op-ed article for EUObserver entitled "EU refugee crisis: History repeating itself".
The article, which can be accessed here, reflects on the current refugee crisis and considers whether another path can be taken. It draws inspiration from the history of the League of Nations and the humanitarian work done by the Norwegian statesman Fridtjof NANSEN.
