On 16-18 October 2019, Professor Jean-Pierre CASSARINO, Senior Research Fellow at the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair, took part in a conference co-organized in Marseilles by the World Bank Group, the Institute for Advanced Studies of the Aix-Marseille University (IMéRA) and the Aix-Marseille School of Economics. The event, entitled Labour Market Policies and Migration in the Mediterranean, mobilized numerous scholars across disciplines and stakeholders.
Jean-Pierre CASSARINO's presentation focused on the link between the deregulation of labour market policies and the reinforced regulation of migration policies in the Mediterranean area.
