Professor Tobias SCHUMACHER participated in a high-level event on security in the EU's southern neighbourhood

Professor Tobias SCHUMACHER, Chairholder of the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair, at the Natolin (Warsaw) campus of the College of Europe, participated in a high-level event on security in the EU's southern neighbourhood, organized by the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen on 12 May 2016.

He was part of a panel, featuring also General Mikhail KOSTARAKOS, Chairman of the EU Military Committee, and H.E. Ambassador Gabor IKLODY, Director of the Crisis Management and Planning Directorate of the EEAS.

Professor Tobias SCHUMACHER spoke about the limits of the EU's recently revised European Neighbourhood Policy in contributing to stability and security beyond the EU's external borders. More information about this event can be found here.
