On Thursday, 25 March 2021, Rector MOGHERINI was invited by the Socialists and Democrats Group in the European Parliament to participate as a speaker in the S&D online discussion on EU-US relations. Mr Stavros LAMBRINIDIS, EU Ambassador to the United States, was one of several other speakers joining the debate, which aimed to highlight the challenges and opportunities of EU-US cooperation in the areas of foreign affairs, climate and trade, and to comment on the ways in which transatlantic ties may be strengthened.
