Success at the European Student Conference 2016

From 5-6 February 2016, two students and one Professor from the Department of European Political and Administrative Studies, had the opportunity to take part in the European Student Conference at Yale University. 

Students Yuri VAN LOON and Benjamin THOM represented the College of Europe and took part in varied workshops on transatlantic relations and migration issues respectively. 

Professor Michele CHANG was invited in her capacity as Academic Advisor to the European Horizons Student Think Tank in Bruges.

Speakers include Mrs Kristalina GEORGIEVA, Vice-President of the European Commission; Mr João Vale DE ALMEIDA, EU Ambassador to the United Nations; Mr David O'SULLIVAN, EU Ambassador to the United States; Mr Klaus WELLE, Secretary General of the European Parliament; and Mr Pierre VIMONT, former Secretary General of the European External Action Service. Professor David CAMERON, Professor of Political Science at Yale and the Director of the Yale Program in European Union Studies, is among the featured academics.
