The College of Europe Development Office, in collaboration with Formez PA, has developed a training programme on European Structural and Investment Funds (ESI Funds) for managers of the Region of Sicily (Italy).
The course took place at the Brussels Office of the Region of Sicily on 19 and 20 November 2015. Twelve high-level managers from different regional departments had the opportunity to follow an advanced course on ESI funds, which included meetings with selected European Commission officials as well as targeted sessions delivered by other practitioners in the field. Discussion and debate were key elements of the course and allowed the trainers to tap into the experience of the participants and foster a real exchange.
Most sessions were delivered in Italian except for one in English with consecutive interpretation into Italian.
