The College of Europe Development Office is currently hosting Ms Bui Thi Thuy HANG and Mr Tran Minh NGOC, Desk Officers from the Division of General Affairs in the Europe Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Viet Nam, who are currently undertaking research on “The EU’s interests and policy in the South China Sea, recommendations for Viet Nam” at the College of Europe. They are supervised by Mr Pierre DEFRAIGNE and arrived on 1 October, staying until 12 November 2015.
This fellowship programme is organized in the framework of the EU-funded project “Capacity building and enhancement of Government of Viet Nam Officials in support of the implementation of the Viet Nam-EU Partnership Agreement (PCA)”.
