The College of Europe leads, since August 2018, the Consortium which is implementing the EU-funded project: "ERMES III - European Resources for Mediation Support". We have recently created the project webpage to centralise key information, contacts and activities: www.coleurope.eu/ermesiii.
The consortium includes leading organizations specialized in mediation and dialogue: the European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES), ESSEC IRENÉ, Fondation Hirondelle, Interpeace, and MediatEUr.
The project will last until August 2021 and is implemented under the supervision of the Service for Foreign Policy Instruments of the European Commission in close consultation with the Mediation Support Team of the European External Action Service, which will ensure the political steering.
