Job Vacancy – Professional Development Team Member at the College of Europe in Natolin (Warsaw)

This position will offer a stimulating opportunity to play an essential role in developing students' professional skills and competencies at the College of Europe in Natolin. The starting date for this particular position is July 2021.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • has a Master's degree in a relevant field;
  • demonstrates a relevant professional experience;
  • is proactive, well organized and able to work autonomously as well as in a team;
  • has an advanced computer knowledge, particularly of MS Office;
  • is able to network with professionals and to establish partnerships with key institutions and organizations;
  • is a good listener, able to support students in identifying their career preferences;
  • has an excellent command of English and a good command of French. Additional languages would be an asset.

The main duties would include:                                         

  • Researching key skills, competencies and new professional needs of European and international organizations;
  • Organizing and facilitating professional development activities;
  • Being the focal point for the communications department to ensure visibility and coverage of all the professional development activities;
  • Providing administrative support in cooperation with different units in the College of Europe in Natolin;
  • Responding to the queries and the students' suggestions in what relates to professional development activities.
