The (r)evolution of competition law in the digital era
Several recent expert reports have tackled the issue of whether and how to adapt competition law for the digital economy. In the meantime, competition authorities and courts are busy applying the existing competition framework to novel issues raised by the digital sector.
The students were grateful for the invitation to Brussels by the "College of Europe Alumni in Competition" group and their host for the event Cleary Gottlieb. They had a great panel discussion featuring distinguished experts with regard to these matters of digital competition policy.
