On 10 September 2019, Rector Jörg MONAR addressed the students of the Hannah Arendt Promotion on their first academic day in Bruges.
This year, the College of Europe Bruges campus will host 340 students of 45 different nationalities. The Rector told the students about the challenging year awaiting them and the magical "College Formula" that has been a success since 1949. As tradition dictates, the Rector called out each nationality of students and presented all heads of services of the College of Europe Bruges campus.
