The College of Europe Executive Education, Training and Projects Office is launching a new course taking place this summer, and it might be exactly what you’re looking for. 

EU Skills – the collaborative leader journey

An immersive, five-day retreat taking place in Bruges from 6 to 10 July 2026 and designed for professionals who want to strengthen their collaborative leadership capabilities. 

This new learning experience is focused on developing capabilities that modern leadership in the EU environment demands:  

  • Critical thinking and self-awareness to manage teams effectively  
  • Emotional intelligence and understanding of team dynamics  
  • Conflict management  
  • Situational awareness and stakeholder engagement 
  • Effective communication within multicultural teams 
  • Intrateam negotiation skills, teamwork, and trust building in multilevel and multilateral settings
