Dr Andriy TYUSHKA, Research Fellow with the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the College of Europe in Natolin, has just published an opinion editorial in the New Eastern Europe magazine (issue 2/2018, pp. 87-93) on the Eastern Partnership's current and future dilemmas in light of the project's past summit outcomes.
