The College of Europe Development Office cooperated with the Delegation of the European Union to Brazil and Professor Olivier COSTA, Director of the Department of European Political and Governance Studies of the College of Europe, to develop and publish his book: The European Union and its Foreign Policy: History, Institutions and Decision-Making.
The book was developed and published in Portuguese within the framework of the EU-funded project “EU Policy and Outreach Partnership in South America”.
The College of Europe Development Office, also involved in the first edition of the book, is proud to provide access to this e-book in Portuguese free of charge here.
