In April 2020, the Natolin Security and Defence Society (NSDS) ran a series of European Security Webinars. The fourth and last instalment this month addressed Cyber warfare and democracy in Europe.

But what do we call hybrid threats and cyber warfare?
By which mechanisms do cyber threats endanger the well-functioning of our democracies?
How does the European Union protect its democracy from cyber warfare?
