The opening ceremony of the 76th academic year of the College of Europe and of the new cohorts of the European Union Diplomatic Academy and European Union Diplomatic Programme for the Enlargement Region will take place on Monday, 27 October 2025, at 11:00
We are pleased to announce that our keynote speaker will be Ms Kaja KALLAS, High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission. Prior to her current position, Ms Kallas served as Prime Minister of Estonia, as a Member of the Estonian Parliament and of the European Parliament, as well as Leader of the Estonian Reform Party.
