Professional training in English and French for OCTA
The College of Europe Development Office organized two editions of a training programme for the Overseas Countries and Territories Association (OCTA). One edition was in English and one was in French and focused on the specific opportunities and challenges to communicate to and about the EU. Through practical exercises, participants designed their own EU-related communication strategy, with specific attention dedicated to online presence and social media.
These three-day training courses took place online with one session per week for each edition starting mid-November and ending in December.
The participants were OCTA Secretariat staff and representatives of the various OCTA members worldwide.
