In-person edition

Format & dates: The onsite edition of the course will take place at the College of Europe Bruges campus from 29 May to 2 June 2023.

Fee: €2,850.

The price includes:

  • The tuition fee;
  • The training materials;
  • Half-board accommodation in one of the College of Europe's residences from Sunday 28 May to Friday 2 June 2023, including: breakfasts, coffee breaks and lunches (weekdays only);
  • Social events;
  • Access to the LinkedIn group for the alumni of the course;
  • A certificate from the College of Europe upon completion of the course.

All other costs are at the expense of the participant or their employer. Please refer to the registration page for further details on the price and available discounts.

Accommodation: All participants are offered a single room in one of the residences of the College of Europe in the historic city centre of Bruges. All rooms are comfortably designed and equipped with essential facilities including private bathrooms and free internet connection. Cleaning service is available daily. Towels and sheets will be provided in the rooms. The residences also offer self-laundry facilities (washing machine and iron available, no washing powder), lounges for common use as well as dining rooms where buffet breakfast is served.  Should a different accommodation arrangement be required, the following link provides information on hotels and B&B in Bruges: www.visitbruges.be/en/hotels. Our team will also be glad to recommend hotels and B&Bs in Bruges, close to the training facilities.

Lecture rooms: The lecture rooms are situated in the modern and centrally located Verversdijk and Dijver buildings of the College of Europe. Each room is fully equipped with modern teaching facilities and wireless internet. 

College of Europe Library: Participants get full access to the College’s Library which includes a European Documentation Centre. For more information about the opening hours, please reach out to the course team prior to the course.

Online edition

Format & dates: The online edition of the course will take place from 13 to 17 November 2023.

Fee: € 1,850.

The price includes:

  • The tuition fee;
  • The online training materials;
  • Virtual social events;
  • A certificate from the College of Europe upon completion of the course.

Virtual lecture rooms: The College of Europe uses MS Teams for a full online learning experience. This platform for online education allows to set up fully interactive training sessions.

Participants will be able to:

  • See and interact with the trainers and their peers during the training sessions;
  • Have access to a variety of training material published and stored on MS Teams;
  • Extend the interaction with fellow participants and trainers thanks to chat channels/video calls available throughout the duration of the course.

To join the lecture room, participants just need a laptop or computer, a webcam, a microphone and a stable internet connection. Upon registration, participants will receive the “Guidelines to join the College of Europe Online Executive Training courses”. Before the course starts, all participants will be invited to join a “Getting Connected” session to allow everyone to become familiar with the online learning environment and do a “gear-check”.

Online course materials: Specific training material will be shared with participants in advance to maximise and complement the learning experience.

Virtual networking: Social and networking activities will be organised and, together with the chat/video calls options that MS Teams allows, participants will be able to interact among each other and with the trainers.
All in all, it will create a unique virtual space for learning, networking and exchange.

College of Europe Library: Upon request, participants may have online access to the College of Europe Library. Participants are invited to indicate their interest to the course team before the registration deadline.
